Today I’m working with one of my best friends from school who now happens to be in charge of the advertising for Goodlife foods based near Manchester, Goodlife foods produce frozen vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals for supermarkets.
All there meals are prepared directly from there factory in Cheshire using over 300 different ingredients.
They use only natural ingredients in all there products which are meat free, dairy free, free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and hydrogenated fat.
